Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer standard shipping across India. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹5,000.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times vary but generally take between 10-15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
